Join the International Business Society this Wednesday, February 24 and have lunch with Assistant Professor Tim Samples of Terry College’s Legal Studies Program. Professor Samples has worked in law firms in Latin America and his research is focused on legal issues affecting international investment, including sovereign debt and frameworks for energy investment. Lunch and Learn with Dr. Julio Sevilla on Thursday, September 24th 12:30PM-1:30PM in Brooks 327

Dr. Julio Sevilla is one of very few Hispanic-American marketing faculty members in the country. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from La Universidad Americana in Nicaragua, a master’s degree in international business from Florida International University and a PhD in marketing from Miami University in Florida. Dr. Sevilla is an expert in consumer behavior and decision making and does research in consumer psychology. This will be a very fun and interesting learning opportunity.

Join the IB Society Executive Team and several of your peers to learn about their experience abroad! The panel will consist of students who have both interned abroad and studied abroad and it is a great opportunity for you to learn about what immersing in a different culture is really like. The panelists will talk about their varied experiences and then they will open the floor to any questions you may have. They are very excited to share their knowledge with you and we think that it will be very valuable if you are interested in going abroad. We hope to see you there!
